OmegaVault captures context from the AI clients you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and any MCP-capable tool — and structures it into a durable, searchable vault that persists across sessions, tabs, and devices.
It's the opposite of a context window. It's the thing the context window forgets.
What we charge for, and what we don't.
We don't charge for disk space. We charge for AI. Your memories are text, and holding a lifetime of them costs us close to nothing — so storage is unlimited on every plan, free included. What costs money is the work: structuring, embedding, retrieving, syncing. That work is what a transaction is, and it is the only thing we meter.
Free gives you 10 transactions a day, and the count resets at midnight — your midnight, in your own timezone. We could have used a rolling 24-hour window. We didn't, because a rolling window means something you did yesterday afternoon is still holding your quota, and you need arithmetic to work out when you're clear. A day is the unit people actually live in. You wake up, you have ten.
Founding Member isn't a third plan. It's what the yearly plan grants while the first hundred seats last — the reason to commit to a year instead of paying by the month. We built it that way because the people who show up early shape this product more than any roadmap we could write on our own, and that is worth more to us than the difference between twelve payments and one. The cap is real: the counter is live, and once it reaches zero the yearly plan carries on at the same price, just without a seat. The gold badge is recognition that stays — permanent, never grandfathered out.
