Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted

• Storing your personal context — decisions, preferences, notes, project state, research.
• Syncing your memories to your own tools (Obsidian, GitHub, Notion) via the provided integrations.
• Connecting any legitimate MCP-capable client to your vault.

Prohibited

• Storing content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction — including content that infringes third-party rights.
• Using OmegaVault to store or transmit malware, credentials you do not own, or material that violates the rights of others.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer for resale, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Using the service to build a competing memory product by bulk-exporting others' data.

Enforcement

Violations can result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We will tell you why, unless doing so would compromise an active security investigation.
