Subprocessors
The third parties that help us run the service, and what each one does. We update this list before adding anyone new.
We engage subprocessors only to deliver the service, and each is bound by contracts that restrict their use of customer data. We provide at least 30 days' notice before adding a new subprocessor; customers under a DPA may object — see DPA.
Current subprocessors
- Cloud hosting & compute — Primary infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)
- Transactional email — Transactional emails (sign-up, receipts, security notices)
- Payments — Subscription billing
- Error & log monitoring — Product stability and security diagnostics
Specific vendor names are listed in the live controls within the application. This page focuses on the categories and purposes so it stays accurate as underlying vendors change.
Infrastucture regions
Primary infrastructure runs in major cloud regions. Customer memories may be processed across regions; cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
