Export your data

What you can export

• Full vault export — every memory as structured JSON.
• Collection export — a single collection as Markdown.
• Sync targets — push to Obsidian, GitHub, or Notion continuously.

Formats

• JSON — lossless, includes all metadata and versions
• Markdown — one file per memory, human-readable

How

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings → Export.
3. Choose a scope (full, collection, or sync target) and a format.
4. Download — or configure continuous sync.

Why this matters

Export is the proof that you own your memory. If we ever disappoint you, you take your vault with you. See also Delete your data.
