Terms of Service
The agreement between you and OmegaVault. Written to be readable.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or connecting an MCP client, you agree to these Terms. If you are using OmegaVault on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@omegavault.app of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't use OmegaVault to store or transmit unlawful content, and don't attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the memories you store in OmegaVault. We receive a limited license solely to operate the service — to store, retrieve, and sync your content as you direct. We do not train models on your content. See Privacy and How AI interacts with your data.
5. Subscriptions & refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the app. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy.
6. Service availability
We target 99.99% uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect damages arising from outages. See Incident response for how we handle incidents.
7. Termination
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app — see Delete your data. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
