Refund Policy
Simple, by design. Annual plans refundable in the first 14 days. Monthly plans cancel anytime.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a paid month.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are refundable in full within the first 14 days of payment. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent the next renewal.
How to request a refund
Email hello@omegavault.app with the email on your account and the word “Refund” in the subject. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Edge cases
- If OmegaVault is materially down for an extended period, we will issue service credits.
- Refunds for accounts terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are discretionary.
